Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
A: To create an account, there is a drop down menu in the top right hand corner of the website. Click the ‘create account’ button and you will be asked for an email address, a username and a password. Then, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions underneath.
A: The synergy questionnaire can be found on the left hand side of the dashboard. Once you complete the questionnaire, the results can be checked by both you and any staff members who have access to your results. You can find your results by clicking on the button underneath synergy, which is labelled ‘synergy results.’
A: To make sure your account is linked to the right organisation, you need to click on the button labelled ‘profile.’ Here, you should scroll down to the ‘organisations’ subheading. Here, there are four section; training provider, teacher, employer and manager. All organisations and staff that have signed up and created an account with us will be listed underneath one or more of these sections. Click the drop down menus to select which ones apply to you. For example, you may be a college student, so you will only need to provide your training provider and your teacher, but not an employer or manager. If you are unsure what you should set this to speak to the person who asked you to do the questionnaire.
A: Depending on the nature of your question, most queries about the questionnaire, or the website in general, can be answered by us. Just go to the bottom of the homepage, where you will find a contact form. Fill it out with as much information as possible about your problem and we will endeavour to answer it as soon as possible. We can also answer concerns regarding your privacy and how we handle your personal data, but it may also be worthwhile contacting the relevant person at your college or workplace, as they may be able to answer your questions more efficiently than ourselves.
A: Yes absolutely! You can submit as many questionnaires as you like. You may only need to do one questionnaire ever. Or your tutor/mentor may ask you to do one in 3 or 6 months time and see what has changed in that time.
A: Your results will show a list of suggested reasonable adjustments. This is just a starting point for a discusion with your mentor/line manager as our list is not definitive.
